Description

The ZTE4-20 is a 1u 19 inch rack mount module that allows a BARTEC VODEC PAGA system to be expanded to twenty broadcast zone capability. The unit is connected to the host BARTEC VODEC VX/AT sub-system by plug in/out ribbon cable which carry zone data from operator access inputs and zone audio suitable for direct connection to VA300/CAGE and hence the system amplification.

ZTE4-20 can be controlled by VAP30-20 access units(s) which are fitted with VAP100d- 20 transceivers; the zone menu is then set by operator selection. The ZTE4-20 can route other source inputs on a pre-determined basis.

Aux #1 input can be prescribed zone (s0 of address by DIL switch settings, Aux #2 input auto selects all zones simultaneously. Fail safe design ensures that default is ?all zones? selected. The ZTE4-20 extends zone control capability via a VAP30-20 port, the VAP30-20 port can be cascaded panel zone control facility.
